Visas cannot be obtained upon arrival in Cameroon. All participants must arrange their own visas before their trip. Visas must be presented upon check-in at the airport. For visa procedures, participants are encouraged to refer to the website: www.evisacam.cm.
Participants from CEMAC member countries (Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, and Congo) are exempt from visa requirements.
An official invitation letter will be provided by the organizing committee upon request.
